At LionzForce we are aware of how high consulting rates have gotten.  $225.00 per hour is not uncommon for CRM Consulting.

From the consultants point of view.....
the rates are necessary because few are booked 8 hours a day.  In some cases consultants are trying to "make up" for un-billable hours that are absolutely required to run a business.  A dilemma we all face.

From the customer's point of view.....
it is a hassle to interview/qualify consultants every time you need help.  And although most are genuinely concerned about your satisfaction and doing the right thing by their clients, there is that moment when they are finished and walking out the door.

LionzForce would like to offer another approach. 
We have come to realize, what most of our clients really need is a part time Salesforce Administrator. Someone who is on-board as an extension of your organization with a thorough understanding of your unique Salesforce instance. Someone responsible for the integrity of the entire CRM with the knowledge of how to design and implement requested changes and the experience to anticipate the impact they may have. Someone who will pro-actively manage your CRM to maximize it's potential and provide management with reliable data in a timely manner. Someone who will maintain focus on how changes impact your customer's experience.


How AOD Works.
Retaining professional services is nothing new. You agree to retain the services of LionzForce for a minimum monthly commitment of 8 hours. In return you have 8 hours of LionzForce expertise at your disposal. There are no restrictions on which CRM services you engage. By making the minimum monthly commitment of 8 hours you lock in a 30% discounted hourly rate for all LionzForce services. You will billed for the 8 hours at the beginning of each month. LionzForce will provide a written report accounting for how time was utilized. LionzForce will advise you when the 8 hours has been utilized and will require written authorization from a qualified agent of your company to proceed with additional work, to be billed separately at the same discounted hourly rate.

  • You don't have to re-live the consultant qualification process every time you need help.
  • It costs less and you have direct access to an expert who is familiar with your unique instance of Salesforce
  • There is now someone responsible for the integrity of the entire CRM, that will manage changes and has the experience to anticipate their impact.
  • Your system will be maintained so your data will be cleaner
  • It is likely you will learn about features available to you, that you are unaware of.
  • You will have a person to quickly handle report creation and customization on call.
  • There is someone to handle all the things you know need attention, but by themselves don't warrant bringing in a consultant.
