Jeff Lionz started his sales career in 1976. It was an exciting time in Silicon Valley. There were new companies and opportunities popping up everywhere. At the time he was fortunate to be selling for a company that offered products everyone in manufacturing needed. He worked primarily with engineering departments, this allowed him access into many companies that would soon be Valley Giants. He took it all in and worked hard at honing his skills. Another fortunate circumstance was the thorough sales training he was given and the disciplines he developed in these early years of his career.

Jeff eventually moved on to some very challenging positions in several "start-up" operations. The "start-up" environment is particularly challenging in that people have overlapping responsibilities "they wear many hats" so to speak. Jeff was no exception, giving him a well rounded education in many areas of each business. Regardless the success of the "start-up" he was consistently able to deliver the sales opportunities the company required. His role varied from outside sales rep to telesales rep and on to manager of these groups and marketing. Throughout his career he has been a proponent of automated sales programs. Embracing them as they emerged he was able to see the benefit far outweighed the risk and cost. Jeff has managed every customer touch point and has successfully implemented CRM programs in several companies.

Most recently he spent 5 years as Director of Inside Sales for Fair Isaac Corporation (A fortune 500 company) where he championed "Salesforce" CRM as part of the answer to the company's needs. He eventually gained the necessary approvals to use the application. By using the tools it provided and instilling the required disciplines in his people, he developed his group into the most efficient in the company. He then moved on to become the company liaison between third party call centers and Fair Isaac's sales management team.
